Birthday Party Bookings

Your Birthday Party includes:

• A decorated party area

• Two hours of non-stop fun: 30 minutes of program delivery ( with 3 activities) and 30 minutes for gallery exploration (parent supervised) in the Science Centre galleries! Plus another hour in the party room. Total time: 2 hours

• Special Birthday card from OSC with a take home activity for the birthday child

You are welcome to bring cake, snacks, beverages, and serving utensils. Adult supervision is required at all times.

$190  (for up to 12 children) + GST.  Non Members

$165 (for up to 12 children) + GST.  Non Members

- all parties must be booked with at least 14 days in advance

-full payment at the time of the booking and will be refunded 100% if the party is cancelled at least 10 days before the party date

Max 12 kids and 20 total guests. ( with adults)

Max 10 kids and 20 total guests for Little Scientists Party

Program space is available for $40.00 per hour, either in Heritage Hall or Downstairs. Can be booked during centre hours, any day of the week. Some evenings available. Call 250.545.3644 for full availability. Room bookings only available to members.

COVID Regulations: All guests over the age of 5 must wear masks. A guest list with contact information must be provided to OSC on the day of the event. Information will be kept for 30 days. Must not exceed the number of guests listed as per above
