In accordance with the Vernon Science & Discovery Society bylaws, section 16.1, notice is hereby given of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Date: October 21, 2025

Time: 19:00 PST

Location: Okanagan Science Centre, 2704 Highway 6, Vernon, B.C.

Registration is required and membership must be current.

The following business will be conducted at the annual general meeting :

(a) the approval of the minutes of the previous annual general meeting

(b) consideration of the financial statement

(c) the election of Directors 2025-2027 term

(d) appointment of Auditor

Please note: We have two (2) Board positions open and are seeking talented board members who bring experience in fundraising, supporting organizations through capital campaigns or helping navigate construction and design projects.  If you are interested, please contact our Executive Director, Dione Chambers d.chambers@okscience.ca.
