Get ready for an explosive day of science fun on Saturday, September 13th!
At the Okanagan Science Centre, you can decorate your very own mini volcano — choose your colors, add lava channels, and make it look as wild as you want. Then, stand back and watch as we help you set off a bubbling, fizzing eruption right here at the Centre!
When the lava settles, you’ll take your volcano home to show off and erupt again for friends and family. It’s messy, it’s exciting, and it’s the perfect way to explore the science of volcanoes.

Cost: $5/per youth – adults attend free!
Registration is non-refundable. Adults must remain with youth participants during the workshop. General admission rates apply if entering the Okanagan Science Centre exhibit spaces.
