Celebrate your birthday with the Okanagan Science Centre and leave the science of fun up to us!
Each birthday party includes approximately 30-40 minutes of hands-on science experiments with OSC scientists. During the remaining time, the birthday group can explore the science centre exhibits and enjoy the birthday party room for cake, presents, and additional fun with friends!
You are welcome to bring decorations*, cake**, snacks, beverages, and serving utensils. And remember - ages are just a guideline! We can customize the activities for older or younger ages for any birthday party theme.
*Feel free to bring your own decorations if you wish, however please note that tape or adhesive strips of any kind are not permitted to be used on our walls. Sticky Tack is preferred, but not provided by OSC.
**Please note that refrigeration is not available for ice-cream cakes.
Adult supervision is required at all times while in the birthday party room and within the science centre exhibits.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Total time: 2 hours max
- All parties must be booked with at least 14 days in advance.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking and will be refunded 100% if the party is cancelled at least 10 days before the party date.
- Maximum 12 kids and 20 total guests (with adults) for each party
- Additional charge of $5/per child for any additional children over the max allowance
