You will receive a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled tutoring session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations and 24 hours' notice for rescheduling.
- Cancelled 48+ hours before the session: Full refund, minus a $5 administration fee per child, per tutoring session.
- Cancelled within 48 hours of the session: 50% refund, minus a $5 administration fee per child, per tutoring session.
- Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
