Welcome campers to summer 2021! Parents, we have sent a form for camp via email, please check your junk folders. If you didn't get it, no problem, please give us a call at 250.545.3644 for details.

Camp drop off is from 8:30 am-9:00 am and pick up is at 3:00 pm.

Please pack a lunch, two snacks and a water bottle. Please also be prepared for outdoor play. If the weather is suitable we will do our best for a daily outing to the park.

We have camps in two locations, lower level program space, which is the main building around the side-follow the signs to the robot sign. The other location is in Heritage hall, located in our parking lot ( small brick building). Signs on our main door will indicate the location of each camp.

COVID-19- our camp staff will meet parents outside and do an electronic check in ( to minimize people in and out of the building.) One the first morning of camp we will ask the following questions:

1. Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19?

2. Have you travelled outside the country in the last 14 days?

3. Did you have close contact with a person with confirmed COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

4. Have you been told to isolate by Public Health?

After the first day, we expect parents to continue to monitor for symptoms and update OSC staff if there are any changes in your child.

Mask are not required for children under the age of 12, however, if you are more comfortable for your child to wear a mask, please provide one and let us know. We will do our best to ensure they are wearing it, especially when up and moving around the centre and classroom.

All work stations will have a max of two kids per table. We will continue to sanitize and clean regularly as well as minimize community stations. If you have any concerns please let us know.

We will continue to work hard to provide a safe and fun environment for your children this summer as we continue to monitor updated regulations and recommendations. A full copy of our covid manual is available if you would like more details. We appreciate your kindness and patience as we navigate the summer.
